I need to cancel or amend my order. How can I do this?
To cancel or amend an order, please email at info@cakedoggydog.com or call us on 020 8949 4233. We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellation.
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your cancellation or amendment.

I’ve noticed an error in my invoice. What can I do?
If your invoice has an error, please email info@cakedoggydog.com
 
I haven’t received my confirmation email. What can I do?
Occasionally our confirmation email may find its way into your spam or trash folder. Please check these folders and allow plenty of time for the confirmation email to be sent through - it may not be received immediately. If a confirmation doesn’t arrive within an hour of placing your order, please email info@cakedoggydog.com.
 
Why can’t I choose my specific delivery time?
Deliveries are organised so that all of our customers receive their cakes as soon after baking as possible. This means that delivery routes have to be planned efficiently, taking into account London traffic and rush hours. This does unfortunately mean that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Do you do large orders for events/parties?
Yes, depending on kitchen availability. Please be advised large orders must be placed at least one month in advance. Contact us at info@cakedoggydog.com.

Where are you located and do you have a store?
We operate out of a kitchen in South West London. At present we do not have a store so collection is not available.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?
Cakedog orders need to be placed at least one week in advance. Bespoke and large orders need to be placed at least one month in advance. Please be advised all orders are subject to kitchen availability.

How do you deliver?
Our products are hand delivered by our own courier. Please be aware that Cake Doggy Dog receive no profit from delivery cost. All cakedogs over £300 qualify for free delivery within a 20 mile radius. For deliveries further than 20 miles please contact us at info@cakedoggydog.com as we will have to quote for a delivery charge

What is your Return Policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, we will do our best to make things right for situations within our control. Please contact us at info@cakedoggydog.com.

Are there any nuts in your products?
No, none of our products are made with nuts. However they are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts. For more information please see our Product Information page.

Do you offer gluten-free?
